I’d have to say that weddings are awesome. OuO I’ve been to a lot of weddings already, but it was my first time actually photographing one. I went to my tita’s wedding today and took pictures of everything.

(imagine me photographing everything and everyone in the church because I can :D)

The priest was even nice enough to let me take his picture before the ceremony

They had a little bride and a little groom (I don’t know what for exactly, but they looked cute 8D)

^ this is my cousin, Princess (yes, I do think she looks like a princess in that dress) Since she’s the little bride, she gets to wear a dress that matches my tita’s [more or less]:

It’s such a fairytale-esque wedding (even though until I got home, I still had no idea what the whole theme was) it seemed like a fairytale at the most, so let’s go with that :)

Through the whole ceremony, I kept on looking at the head pieces of the bridal party (I couldn’t help it >.< they were so…distracting)

That, and I kept taking pictures of my cousins…

^ they were supposed to be smiling for a photo (obviously it didn’t go as planned)

The reception afterwards was at the Glass Gardens (the place basically looked like a giant greenhouse) Actually, I think it is a giant greenhouse—since there are plants inside O.O

The awesome part about this was when the bridal party entered, because it was just like the ‘Marry You’ sequence on Glee (from ‘Furt’—season 2, ep. 8) [for those of you who haven’t seen it, it’s when the bridal party danced down the aisle for their entrance]

and the bride and groom had an awesome entrance from the second floor balcony

Everything was sort of a blur after that since it was all program, program, program. But the wedding was fun *u* (and so awesome that it didn’t actually feel like a wedding—I blame this on all the dancing) :))

Congratulations to the newlyweds~! (hello there, tita. I know you’re reading this) ;)

Week 44: shot part of the day in monochrome yesterday.
/on a side note, I should really stop procrastinating.

Week 35: more shoots.
/not making much headway with this project since it’s too much fun experimenting with colors. This could take a while.

-halfway through world his-

I suddenly thought of my GIFT homework (the one where we have to shoot a family member) and I wondered if I’d be able to do something like this again. *think, think think*

Today, I went to my grandma’s house to celebrate my cousin’s 12th birthday. I had the sudden realization that I was getting old already T^T especially since I just saw an old (old, old, 5 years ago) photo of us. She looked so different D: and she wasn’t as tall as me yet :((
I’m pretty sure she’ll be taller than me by next year. Or later this year.

And I didn’t get to make a post for mother’s day D: (which was… 4 days ago. Oops)

If I were to save you the effort of reading through the post, basically, my dad, my uncle (my dad’s brother) and I invited my mom, my grandma (my dad’s mom) and my 2 cousins out for lunch after the boxing match. (because honestly, they went to the mall to watch the match, then have a Mother’s Day Lunch).

So basically all us females were left waiting at the coffee shop, eating cheesecake and drinking coffee (or in our case, creamy drinks).

But nonetheless, it was a pretty awesome day :) despite the rain and intense fog outside D:
